These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Taxi Airport Bali (“we”, “us”) through www.taxiairportbali.com, WhatsApp, email or phone. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide private airport transfers, private drivers and private tours in Bali. We also arrange activities such as rafting, ATV rides, swings and water sports, which are run by independent local operators.

Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are made by WhatsApp, email or phone, or through our online booking page for airport transfers.
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing.
Please give us accurate details, including your flight number, arrival time, pickup address, number of passengers and luggage. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Prices

Airport transfer, private driver and car-only tour prices are per vehicle, not per person.
Activity prices and all-inclusive tour prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
What each price includes and excludes is listed on the page for that service.
Website prices can change, but the price we confirm for your booking will not change unless you change the booking.

Payment

You can pay in cash, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), directly to your driver after drop-off. Airport transfers can also be paid in advance by Visa or Mastercard through our online booking page.

Changes and Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup and no-shows are not refunded.

Airport Pickups

We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time if it is early or delayed.
Free waiting time is up to 90 minutes after your flight lands.
Your driver will contact you before pickup. If there is no reply from you within 90 minutes on the day of pickup, the driver will cancel the pickup.
If you cannot find your driver, contact us on WhatsApp before leaving the airport.

Private Driver and Tours

The duration included is stated on the page for each service.
Tour times and itineraries are approximate. They depend on traffic, weather, ceremonies and queues, and stops can be adjusted on request.
Extra time on tours is charged at IDR 100,000 per hour.
Entrance tickets, meals and personal expenses are not included unless the page for that service says so.

Passengers and Luggage

The number of passengers and the amount of luggage must not exceed the capacity of the vehicle you booked. Tell us in advance about oversized items such as surfboards.
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and place.
Passengers must follow local laws and the driver’s reasonable safety instructions.
You are responsible for damage you cause to the vehicle.

Children and Child Seats

Child seats are available on request for IDR 200,000 per day. Please ask for one when you book.

Activities

Activities are run by independent local operators, and their safety rules apply.
Age, health and other limits are listed on the page for each activity. Please check them before you book.
Follow the instructions of the guides and instructors at all times.
Adventure activities carry inherent risks. You take part at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.

Delays and Events Outside Our Control

Travel times in Bali vary with traffic, weather, road closures and religious ceremonies. We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where this happens we will do our best to offer an alternative.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a missed flight or connection, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Photos are for illustration, and vehicles and locations may differ slightly from those shown.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
