Yes, you can. We provide a waterproof dry bag on each raft to keep your phone, camera, and small valuables safe during the trip. However, for active filming on the rapids, we recommend using an action camera (like GoPro) with a secure chest/helmet mount.

Yes. Private hotel return transfers are included or available as an add-on depending on your booking option. We cover major tourist areas in Bali, including Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Ubud.

Yes, we offer flexible cancellation policies. You can reschedule or cancel your rafting booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Just inform our team via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
